The initial request for ad-hocs was great and I am appreciative to those of you who have emailed and called.  Am still needing more for the chapters below.  Let me know if you are able to review one or more of these specific chapters.  All other chapter are taken care of re: reviewers.  Initial deadline for chapters is 12/1/12.
