Central Connecticut State University invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track position in the Psychological Science department. Preferences will be given to candidates who specialize in aging and health or geropsychology. Candidates are expected to be committed to multiculturalism and working with a diverse student body. Required qualifications: Ph.D. in Psychology or a related field by the date of appointment with a focus on aging; evidence of effective university-level teaching; evidence of active research (e.g., publications and presentations at professional conferences); and a programmatic research plan. Preferred qualifications: specialization in aging and health or geropsychology; demonstrated ability to engage students in research and/or fieldwork related to adult development and aging.
