JOBS: St. Cloud University


Assistant Professor of Psychology, 1-year fixed-term position, contingent on funding
Commensurate with qualifications & experience



Contribute to  a liberal arts psychology undergraduate program. Teach 12 credits per semester.  A successful candidate must be prepared to teach developmental psychology and at least 2 of the following courses: research methods, cognitive psychology, and personality.  The successful candidate will also assist in facilitating student growth, advising, scholarship, and some departmental committee work.  

A Ph.D. or ABD (documented) from an accredited university prior to employment is required. Candidates are also required to have teaching experience at the college level, demonstrated capability to effectively teach large section undergraduate courses and to work with persons from culturally diverse backgrounds. Preferred candidates would have an area specialization in lifespan developmental psychology and experience using instructional technology, managing large section courses, team teaching and working with students on research
