Good news: We have more space than we originally thought for our joint social event with Division 12-2 (Clinical Geropsychology) this Saturday at APA. All are welcome, even if you did not yet send in a check. If you would like to attend and have not yet reserved a place, please email Amy.Fiske@mail.wvu.edu (and bring a check addressed to "Amy Fiske" with you to the event). Event details are listed below.
Note: This social will take place directly following the CONA conversation hour and will be just a short walk from that venue.

This has been a popular event that provides a fun and informal venue for getting to know one another. Here are the details.
WHAT: Divisions 20 and 12-2 Social Hour at the APA 2012 Convention
WHERE: Ming's Court

WHEN: 6pm to 8pm; August 4, 2012 (Saturday)
COST: $15 (students), $25 (faculty); check payable to Amy Fiske
Ming's Court, just an 8-minute walk from the Orange County Convention Center. The cost is $15 dollars for students and $25 for faculty to cover hors d'oeuvres and space rental. There will also be a cash bar at the reception. Join us for a jolly time over shumai, sushi and spring rolls (carnivores and vegetarians are welcome)! Please feel free to include family and friends.
Please note that dinner is not included in this event. If you wish to dine afterward at Ming's Court, you can make a reservation by phone at (407) 351-9988. This venue is also within short walking distance from various restaurants; please see a list of fun options at the bottom of this email.
