JOBS: Postdoctoral Research Position in Aging and Health, Univ. of Pittsburgh

A 2-year postdoctoral research position is currently available in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. The emphasis of this position is on training and professional development, and activities will primarily focus on establishing a program of research and acquiring external research funding. The successful candidate will have a background in clinical or counseling psychology, health psychology, gerontology, or geriatrics, and will possess strong writing and analytic skills. This position provides the opportunity to work with an expert team of researchers in the areas of chronic illness and family relationships, and treatment of late-life mood disorder. The opening for this position is immediate but the starting date is negotiable. Candidates must be U.S. citizens or citizen nationals. Salary is competitive.
