The Department of Psychology in the College of Liberal Studies at the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse invites applications for a full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor in Developmental Psychology with an emphasis in mid- to later-life adult development, aging issues, and/or geropsychology to start Fall 2013. The position requires the ability to teach undergraduate courses in developmental psychology and courses in our gerontology emphasis program with options for courses in the candidate's area of expertise and interdisciplinary collaboration. Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate excellence as a teacher and advisor as well as an active research program with the potential of involving undergraduate students. All requirements for a doctoral degree, including dissertation in developmental psychology or a closely related field, must be completed prior to the August 26, 2013 start date.
