INFO: APA Presidential election

Dear Division 20 member,
By now you should have received your electronic ballot for APA President.
I am urging you to vote, as the right to vote is one of your privileges of APA membership. By voting, you have a chance to influence APA policy and make sure that aging remains visible on the association's agenda. As they say on TV, it's "Your voice, your vote."

You can read the candidate bios on the APA website sent to you with your ballot; in addition, each candidate was asked to respond to questions in the upcoming Division 20 Newsletter. Of the fine candidates running this year, I am personally endorsing Doug Haldeman. He is a Fellow of Division 20 and has is a strong and articulate advocate for aging issues. He assures me that, if elected, he will make sure that aging is given high priority in his Presidential Initiatives.  I have known Doug for over 10 years, and he consistently has supported scientist-practitioner connections on a wide range of issues.

Please take this opportunity, right away, to exercise your fight to vote!

Best,
Susan
