INFO: Ad-hoc reviewers needed for edited book chapters

My upcoming edited book “Enduring and Emerging Trends in Minority and Cross-Cultural Aspects of Neuropsychological Assessment” looks like it is a go with the publisher (Swets & Zeitlinger) and I am now looking for potential ad-hoc reviewers for the chapters listed below.  If interested, let me know.  Initial chapter deadline is not until 12/1/12, so this should be enough notice.  Chapters revisions will be due 6/1/13.  Ideally I would like 2 ad-hocs for each chapter.
