The School of Psychology of the Georgia Institute of Technology is pleased to announce that a conference in memory of Fredda Blanchard-Fields will take place at Georgia Tech on March 11-12, 2011. The conference will feature invited talks by speakers in Fredda's domains of research expertise, including adult development of social cognition, emotion regulation, and everyday problem solving. Talks by experts in the field, including Fredda's current and former graduate students and postdocs, will frame her research accomplishments in the broader context of the field, its current status, and future directions.
